"The organization Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres sends doctors to some of the most undeveloped regions in the world to help stabilize the country after disasters and provide ongoing medical care. The organization was founded in 1971 and has worked in some of the most unstable countries in the world. Doctors Without Borders won a Nobel Peace Prize in 1999."

I have supported Doctors Without Borders for years after doing research on their work. In 2008, 87% of their funds have gone to help those in need. 12% went to fundraising activities and only 1% went to management.
