I discovered today that there are actually professional photos available for the Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon I ran a little over a week ago. I looked through mine and, well, they weren't very good. Whose idea was it to take photos at the finish line? I looked like crap. I want to remember what it felt like not what I looked like! It's like getting my photo taken as I'm giving birth. Good grief!
Anyway, there was one photo that I liked. I don't know when it was taken but it must've been early enough so I didn't look completely wiped out. It was also taken at an angle so it looked as though I was leading the pack. Yeah!
There is a surprised look on my face. It must've dawned on me that I could've saved all this trouble if I had just driven a car.
